At Fit Life Pediatrics, our medical attention isn’t limited to your visit. Dr. Damaris Mafut will see you and your child between visits on a telehealth video call. She can assess the seriousness of your complaint and in many cases, provide her diagnosis without needing to see your child in the office.
Dr. Mafut is a board-certified Pediatrician caring for the treatment of patients ranging from newborns to young adults in their late 20s. She is licensed by the American Osteopathic Board of Pediatrics and by the American Board of Osteopathic Medicine. She has privileges at Nicklaus Children’s Hospital in Miami, Florida. In addition to her general wellness practice, Dr. Mafut has expertise in childhood obesity treatments and caring for pediatric patients with special needs, often well past their 18th birthday. Dr. Mafut acts as a medical consultant for the Florida Health Department Division of Disability Determination.
